Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping – For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Shipping Limitations

We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities.

Returns Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

• Casual Glasses, Champagne Glasses, Cocktail & Liquor Glasses
• Beverage Serveware
• Can Openers, Choppers & Slicers
• Cutlery & Knives
• Any used or opened baking tools and utensils

These items are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. Wait for approval and instructions from our team (response within 1-2 business days)
4. Securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags attached

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to changed mind.
