Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping – $12.95
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – For orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Please note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Kitchy Sales, we believe that creating your dream kitchen should be a delightful and worry-free experience from start to finish. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that all returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Casual Glasses
  • Champagne Glasses
  • Cocktail & Liquor Glasses
  • Beverage Serveware
  • Can Openers
  • Choppers & Slicers
  • Cutlery & Knives
  • Any used or opened baking tools and utensils

These items are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with authorization and instructions for your return.
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our returns center at:

  5. Track Your Package: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed mind returns

Note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same process as returns
  • Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for
  • We will ship the new item once we receive the original product
  • If the exchange item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund
  • We may arrange for carrier pickup of the damaged item

International Returns Note: For returns outside the US, please indicate “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form to avoid additional fees. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any original customs duties or taxes paid on international orders.
